Not compatible with outward-opening, sliding, or bifold doors, or frames without a strike plate. This is a secondary security device, not a replacement for a deadbolt, and it is not certified to any forced-entry standard. Any secondary lock may delay emergency personnel from entering the room. Remove before leaving.
