SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Every HOLDFAST product ships from a warehouse inside the United States. That's the whole point — you're not waiting three weeks on a boat.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing for standard US orders. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4–6 business days.
SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free on all US orders.
TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. If you're outside the US and want to order, email us first and we'll tell you what's possible.
DELAYS
Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can occasionally push delivery beyond our estimate. If your order is significantly delayed, email holdfaste26@gmail.com and we'll chase it down for you.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.
